This breakaway chair is well made and easy to carry, assemble and use. The best part is that it is lightweight and easily fit into our suitcase for airplane travel. When "we" initially had a problem putting one of the chairs together, Customer Service was responsive almost immediately. It took a few times for them to relay what we were doing wrong. A video was even sent to assist us. We finally got it and realized we were making it harder than it was. Customer Service was always patient and willing to make things right if we experienced a problem with the product. You will not be disappointed with this product. We're glad we found these chairs. I almost gave up, thinking that nothing was going to meet our needs These chairs did and now we won't have to rent chairs when we reach destinations by plane.
