I started by buying a replacement canopy for my very old wood umbrella that I loved. The canopy came and it didn’t fit. So, I called the company thinking I would get someone who didn’t understand me and my dilemma, which was not the case indeed. The OWNER of the company,Mark, answered the phone-now who does that in this day and age? He helped me through my issue and not in a cheesy, salesy way. He was totally honest and helpful and I ended up buying a new wood umbrella from him. I had been shopping around for them and I couldn’t believe how much less expensive their wood umbrellas were than everyone else’s. I thought that maybe it would be make cheaply or not sturdy and that is SO not the case. It’s a beautiful umbrella and a beautiful canopy and I’m thrilled to death to have a new umbrella at such a low cost. It’s very well made and I believe it is going to last us a good long time.
