Appreciated customer service assistance. The ribs on my older umbrella were a bit too long. It was wood so easy to fix...the grommet at the top tore off and was impossible to put back, think this happened from trying to make the umbrella fit before I shortened the ribs. It all worked out. Fabric is wonderful and I know this replacement will last a long time. I'll purchase again from your company.

Nice Quality - from Special Stock of slightly larger radius covers, fit my frame very well.

I measured ribs of my frame and found distance to be 41.5, which was slightly too large for standard cover but sent an email to customer service and Mark instructed me to order from "41.5 radius box", selecting from 2 colors (red or green). Green was what I wanted anyway and the product arrived quickly and fit frame very well.
