Very satisfied with the replacement exterior umbrella canopy. Great fabric, terrific fit and fantastic service. Highly recommend.

I had thought I would have to replace our entire umbrella, but happy to run across this website. We ordered a replacement cover and are very pleased with the quality and how easy it fit. Would recommend to others.
It would be good if the company could ask for customer reviews after 18-24 months and ask how the product is holding up I have high hopes as of today.

I contacted the original company of my umbrella to try and find a replacement. It was a cumbersome process and the cost and shipping were astronomical. I then searched Amazon but couldn't anything. I stumbled upon ShadeUSA and was pleasantly surprised!

Great product at a great price that seems even a bit better quality than the original! I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived!I did a stupid thing and ordered the wrong grommet size even though I took the trouble to measure correctly (I'm blaming a senior moment!) but the umbrella still works with the larger grommet size so no need to return!

We have four of these umbrellas around our pool, patio and BBQ areas. I most definitely will be coming back to ShadeUSA when I need replacements!

Used your bistro umbrellas for many years. Perfect for my coffee shop in New Orleans. Tilt and size works for our narrow sidewalk table seating. Also,a great value for the price!!!

Before purchasing, I emailed a question to customer service and received a quick and clear response. After purchasing, the umbrella arrived promptly and was easy to mount on my umbrella frame. The fabric is good quality (better than what came on the original umbrella) and the color is as pictured on the website. I will be buying more replacements in the future.

Umbrella replacement canopy delivery was fast. I ordered the Tuscan Orange and I was not disappointed. It's a beautiful color. This canvas is sturdy, fit perfectly, and was easy to install. It's added a beautiful color to my outside patio. I will definitely order again when I need to. Very satisfied satisfied. Oh and the price is perfect.👏👏👏

Replacing a worn-out canopy was so easy. Just a few clicks and the new canopy was on its way. I have been ordering replacement umbrella frames and canopies from Shade USA for several years now, both for my home and for the pool at our HOA. Always excellent service and unbeatable prices. I do wish the new canopy was Sunbrella fabric, as it has been in the past, but it looks great and fits perfectly.

The incorrect bases were inadvertently shipped with my order. They quickly got the correct product to me! Mistakes happen and they did a fabulous job of making this right! I plan to use them again.

Nice heavy fabric, vibrant colors, fast delivery, fits perfectly. Much better quality than the original umbrella canopy that it replaced. Without the replacement obtained from Shade USA, the umbrella frame would have been headed for the landfill. It now as a second life.

It didn’t fit. Not a surprise as I measured it and I knew it was an inch outside the range. Believe them when they tell you the limits.

I bought a new shade USA frame measured exactly to fit my not very old shade USA canopy. It simply fit too loose. The frame is well built so with some DiY fixes (ie.Home Depot pvc plugs) I made it work so now the vapor fits nice and tight. We like shade USA and we like their products - the so-so review this time is simply due to the ferment issue I had to solve in my own. Maybe shade USA would have supported the fix but I was in no mood to mail things back and forth. It was a happy ending anyway.

Ordered a new frame for my beer logo 9 ft umbrella that got broken by sudden heavy winds last summer. The frame is better than the original with a crank handle for raising that the original didn’t. Extremely happy with the item.

This canopy fits perfectly. The material is top notch! I purchased the poly material to try first. Mark was very helpful with all my questions I had with my 6"ribs 9" blank canopy I needed to replace. Measuring is the key for a correct purchase. Also make sure your grommet on top is measured as well. As there are two sizes for the hole. I will buy again when needed. Best place to buy when your old canopy material fades or rips. You will not be disappointed either.

This umbrella is a great value. The high quality Sunbrella canopy is supported with wooden spars and a sturdy center pole that is much better than the ones I see for sale in my local retail centers. It was delivered on the day promised and was simple to assemble.

After returning 4 canopies to Amazon and still not finding a good fit or fabric, I decided to try this one. Mark was very helpful with answering my questions. It arrived yesterday. Fabric seems far sturdier than the other canopies I tried and color is great. Fits perfectly! The grommet is a “must have”. Most manufactures don’t put one on their products and u are just getting a non reinforced hole in the top of the fabric. One wind will have that ripped in no time. So far very satisfied with purchase. Hopefully, it holds up to the brutal Texas sun!!
