I don't like to use

Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted before it is sent. In

Do you share my personal information with
other businesses?
No, never. We don't like when this is done to us. Besides, we prefer to keep
you all to ourselves.
How fast can you
ship my order?
We ship only via United Parcel Service. We ship every day M-F (holidays
excluded). Unless otherwise noted, we will ship your order within 48 hrs of
receipt of your order and credit card approval. Orders requesting
priority shipping must be received by 12:00 PM M.S.T to ensure same day
shipping.

How can I calculate shipping costs for the
items I wish to order?
Click on any "ORDER" button and proceed through the shopping
cart. Shipping costs are calculated as each item is added. REMEMBER: Your
ordered will not be processed until your payment information is entered
submitted. You can exit the shopping cart at any time without committing to an
order.

Order confirmation- Please be sure to enter a valid email address
when ordering. Our shopping cart will email you an order confirmation
immediately upon completion of your order. If you do not receive such
confirmation please
contact us. We do
not sell any customer information under any circumstances. See our

Tracking- Our UPS shipping software will email you with information
regarding your order's ship date, arrival date and tracking #. This notification
will email within 24 hours of shipping. You can track your order's shipping
activity once it has been received by UPS

Special note: Saturday and Sunday are not regular UPS delivery days and
should not be considered as such when calculating time in transit. For example,
a Next Day Air order made on a Friday will arrive the following Monday, not on
Saturday. This applies to holidays as well.

Can I use a P.O.box for a shipping address?
Please use "UPS-able" physical addresses only. UPS cannot use a P.O.,
nor an A.P.O.

Why will the shopping cart not allow me to
select a shipping method?
The shopping cart is integrated with a UPS rate table which only goes to 150
lbs. If your order exceeds 150 lbs please place two separate orders. If this
doesn't not permit a shipping selection then please
contact us.

Which umbrella holder
is right for me?
THE EARTHWORM™ was designed by a soccer coach for usage in the
hard-packed soils found at the playing fields, dog shows, parks and your
backyard.
THE SAND GRABBER™ and THE SAND
SCREW™ are sand anchors which are perfectly suited for holding beach
umbrellas in the sandy beach soils.
Will THE EARTHWORM™ work in the
sand?
Designed primarily for dirt THE EARTHWORM™ will function with only
moderate results in the sand. The base plate must be counter sunk first.
Will THE SAND GRABBER™ or THE
SAND SCREW™ work in the dirt?
No.
